Dear air Cairo,
I have applied for my refund. Everything went well. You gave me the document which I signed and had sent you back.
Then you stopped communicating with me. It has already been almost 3 months. I have tried to contact you and contact Mr. Aladdin Rabea - who was in charge of my refund and he has never replied.
I would like to have my money back and also I found behaviour of Mr. Aladdin very unprofessional.
Please contact me as soon as possible. It this situation does not give you good reviews.
