  • Hello. On the day of Wednesday 12/4/2023, I received a question about the air ticket pending. I don’t know if it is a card problem or an airasia problem. So I asked the person who checked in luggage for help. I know it’s outside her scope of work, but I can’t find where the sales department is in sibu airport, Sarawak. Not only did the staff not refuse me, but she continued to help me follow up until an hour before I was about to board the plane. When she called, she brought it. They gave me a lot of opinions and suggestions, and finally I got on the plane successfully. Thank you for her hard work in serving customers. The Airasia staff have always been great. Her name is Patricia Thomas, a beautiful staff member.
