I had worst experience with Turkish airlines. I bought ticket in Aug 2021. The flight was cancelled. I still not get the refund besides opnening multiple claims for it. I am an old lady and because of multiple health issues superimposed with COVID-19 condition, cnt travel to washington DC physically to get refund and these guys re not even sending voucher t my home address. The main line say contact the office at Washington DC and that office did not pick up the ph. when after six month sof trying, the pick up once, they refused to solve the issue and bang the phone. I simply asking for refund or voucher send to my home addresss. I live in NC. Worst experience ever. They are not refunding my $944 back. WORST AIRLINES< WORST MANAGEMENT, WORST OFFICE. No way of refunding for those ill senior people who cant go physically to office. I was supposed to visit my sick mom and unable to do so. Now myself is sick and cant travel anymore and these guys are illhuman
