Domestic Terminal: On Level 1, near baggage claim at both the Virgin and Qantas ends of the Terminal.
International Terminal: On Level 2, behind Spoon Cafe.
Domestic Terminal: Adjacent to the P1 Car Park. Access the pick up area via the Skywalk, then take the lift at the end of the walkway down to Level 1.
International Terminal: From Level 2 at the northern end of the Terminal, follow signs down the ramp to the pick up area.
