Goverment of India has issued Revised Travel Advisory on 11 Mar 2020.
1. All existing visas stands suspended till 15 April 2020.
2 Indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid all non essential travel abroad. On their return they can be subjected to quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.
I have booked two tickets in the name of Mahaveer Kumar Jain E ticket no 555212206**** & Rajni Jain Ticket no 555212206**** for travel from Delhi to Barcelona via Moscow on 10 April. Due to Government of India restriction vide their circular dated 11 Mar 2020 we cannot travel to (Spain) hence we want to cancel our tickets & get full refund.
Inspite of my best efforts I could not talk to Your executive in your Delhi Office since morning to seek his advice. Please advice me what I should do to get full refund of my tickets.
