We are travelling to Vancouver via Schipol from Leeds Bradford in August with Virgin/KLM. We return via Seattle to Schipol and then onto Leeds Bradford. We are travelling with our son in law (who has mobility problems and uses a wheelchair) and his two children (10 and 8) . The return flight is with Delta airlines. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT US. We only have a 55 minute lay over in Seattle. Will this be long enough to transfer wheelchair etc across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Do we need any American visa for stop over in Seattle?

I have tried to contact the airline using the London telephone number. It is engaged constantly. I have tried to apply for a refund for my ticket and the web site refers me to a USA telephone number which is also engaged. I am unable to travel. Please help.

I have difficulties because I cancelled and I was told my money is still on the ticket.
