Unfortunately, I recently had a less than pleasant experience with Gulf Air regarding baggage loss. My luggage didn't make it to my destination, which was quite inconvenient. However, I must say that the Gulf Air customer service team was responsive and helpful in tracking down my missing baggage. They were able to locate it and arrange for its delivery to my hotel. While it was a hassle, I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue promptly. It would be great if they could improve their baggage handling to avoid such situations in the future, but I'm grateful for their assistance in the end.
