The agency of Nepal from where i bought the ticket for my mom and dad (return ticket) says IATA has hold our refund amount where as I just received the email from the china southern airlines company saying they have already settled the refund amount with the travel agency. the Please find the details of the ticket (7849449762309 and 7849449762310) whose one way refund has already been approved but the amount that had to be refund has not been received yet. Hence, requesting for the quick refund of the amount as soon as possible. Also please specify the amount that we shall receive as refund from the one way ticket.

The agency of Nepal from where i bought the air ticket to New Zealand for my mom and dad (return ticket) 2years ago just before pandemic says IATA has hold our refund amount of retuning ticket whereas I just received the email from the china southern airlines company saying they have already settled the refund amount with the travel agency. Its so confusing. My parents have already bought another ticket and are returning back on 25th September.
