IndiGo Airlines Cancellation Service
Cancellations for existing bookings can be requested at the IndiGo Office in Abu Dhabi. Passengers can cancel an IndiGo Domestic flight booking at least 2 hours prior to the flight’s departure; cancelling an IndiGo International flight booking must be done at least 4 hours before the flight departs.
As per the IndiGo’s 24 hours Cancellation Policy, passengers can cancel an existing booking for a domestic flight and get a full refund if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours from the time of booking and the flight is at least 7 days away from the day of booking.
