Why would you block entry to your flight due to a COVID PCR REPORT with the the wrong year of 2021 instead of 1960. Reference 4MA28E Flight 0142141440548 for Customer : Estelita Cercado - Birthday is October 23 1960 and not 2021 as stated in the Covid PCR Report which is clearly the mistake of the Red Cross Manilla and not anyone else. This is total BS and you had better get this rectified as soon as possible. My home number in Strathmore Canada is 403 983-2237.
