Hi, my ticket no is 2572132196856 its Lufthansa from Toronto to Tehran Iran. ,21 June 2021 I had a flight at that time and I already book for getting covid 19test in Toronto Person airport, at 3;20 PM. but I was told because you got covid 19 in the past 3 months, so we are not testing you because it is of research, then I was guided by a woman to checking and I showed them documents that I had full shot, back to 10 days ago, and then in checking I was told your second shut must be for at least 15 days go.. so you are not allowed to fly, and I asked my agency in Iran to re-book ticket on 26 June 2021, they did but it hasn’t confirmed yet!
could you explain what should I do? please

Airline reference KYTIBI ,ETKT -2203837425015 ,15June 2021, Lufthansa ” presented” for my family real nightmare ,women from Lufthansa was not allowed my mother on the plane, although she had all the necessary documents , include COVID Test… Lufthansa didnt corectly explaine why .. just kick out my mother in some office in Toronto airport and gone … my mother is 76 old women and she dont speak english ,airport staff not really wanted to help her , just sent from one corner to another ….rest of the day and all night my mother was alone in big airport .. I and my sister didnt sleep that night because we are inCalgaryand our mother is three thousand kilometers from us alone at a big aeroport, … we find guy from Ukrainian community in Toronto and ask him to help our mother … with great difficulty he was able to ask for my mother ticket back to Calgary… the airport workers used a ticket that my mother had to return from Lviv …. next day mother arrived and now in Calgary …. please expain what happened ,why in Calgary mother allowed on plane without demanding anything extra but in Toronto they (Lufthansa stewardess)suddenly startet demanding ? …. I tried to contact Lufthansa , but they didnt answer …..my mother urgently needs to fly to Lviv……. please explane me what I have to do? Thanks.

Hi, I have lived in 5 countries in the world and I have traveled all my life but I have never had such bad experience like this one with Lufthansa.
They canceled my international flight from Canada to Europe, gave me a new one without canection between the differen flights.
I will be in London at 11:05 AM but they say I must fly from London to Francfurt at 6:30 AM the same day.
How does it sound when at 6:30 АМ I will be in the AIR?
Well, I do not like complaning, called them two times and I was waiting 3 hours on the phone without any answer from
them. My flight is very soon.
I ask you, Lufthansa, tell me please which is the way in order to fly in this situation?

Lufthansa, I have been seriously fooled. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, I was desperate to go along like several others. I had booked a flight, but it was canceled because of the lock-down policies of Canada. The agency has paid me back, but I don’t have a refund yet. That’s why I visited the Lufthansa Toronto office and asked the official for a new status check. Officials told me that the refund will be transferred to the original booking account within three weeks.
