Had a bit of a delay on my connecting flight with Lufthansa airport While the delay was a tad frustrating, I appreciate the efforts made by the airline to keep passengers informed. The communication was clear, and they did their best to minimize the impact on our travel plans. It's the little things that count, and Lufthansa Airport did reasonably well in handling the situation.
Dear Lufthansa,
Lufthansa are a First Class airline & was planning to Travel from Baku, Azerbaijan to Frankfurt on 4-Dec-21.
My partner and I will be flying Business Class with our Golden Retriever (HUGO), however we were hoping to resolve this small issue regarding the Travel Standards approved by IATA.
Our Standard Dogs Plastic Travel box dimensions are 121-82-90 and was hoping this would be acceptable compared to 125-75-85.
Kind Regards, Alan
