Dear Qatar team,
I came from Copenhagen, Denmark with Qatar QR1385 to via Doha-Entebbe to kigali.
At Kastrup-CPH check in point i requested the staff to allow me continue with my personal provision medicine 2 and a half kgs (peals) in a green bag written on MUHABET. I am supposed to use that medicine for a month. When i proceeded at gate 32 they took a way my medicine from me, when i told them that there is my personal medicine they replied to me that they do not care and they will not even check what is in my bag. One gentleman in a rude voice said that their going to throw my medicine way.(I bought some of it at STENO APOTEK NEAR THE MAIN TRAIN STATION CPH AND MATAS). I am very disappointed with such behaviors.
I am humbly requesting you as your client please send my medicine to kigali with1 of Qatar flights or Refund for the damages caused.
