Does Singapore have a flight from Singapore to Sydney Australia? If not the entire flight needs to be cancelled, My final destination was Australia, I had no plans on this trip to layover in Singapore.

For Covid testing: we are going to Indonesia that requires 72 hours before departure to have PCR test. Singapore Airlines requires 48 hours. Would the airline accept the Indonesian rule of 72 hours and waive the 4 8 hour requirement?
We leave on Dec. 10 for Jakarta with transit in Singapore.
