Unfortunately, my recent experience with southwest airlines regarding baggage loss was not very nice. The unfortunate thing was that my bags never arrived at my destination. To be fair, though, the southwest airlines customer support staff was helpful and quick to respond when it came to finding my misplaced luggage. They found it and made arrangements for my hotel to receive it. Even though it was inconvenient, I appreciate that they worked quickly to find a solution. Although it would be wonderful if they could handle their luggage better to prevent situations like these in the future, I appreciate their help in the end.
