i am experiencing trouble trying to contact the office. I booked a flight yesterday for PHUKET – LONDON on 15th Jan 2022 @ 13:15. Reservation number 58CKWX. Whilst booking the seat the website froze & the payment reported declined. I therefore started again & completed to reserve a seat for my return journey. I have noticed today that i have 2 x payments which have left my bank account. the additional reference number is 58MTPX. Please can you cancel one of the transactions and reimburse my account as soon as possible?
