All in all, my experiences travelling with Airasia airline are always positive. Their dedication to offering top-notch service is what keeps me coming back.
I was really disappointed when I arrived at my destination and my baggage was nowhere to be found. The airport staff was helpful, but it's frustrating to think that my belongings are lost somewhere. I hope they can locate it soon.
