My daughter lost her luggage returning from Florence – Vancouver on Fri, 10 Jun 22 (LH6911 and LH492), her booking codes: LHL7IV. She has not heard from any Customer Service representative, and this is very disappointing…it’s been 10-days! As a Father who is professionally in Customer Service, this is POOR CS!
Please contact her and locate her bags, otherwise we will never fly Lufthansa again, and advise our friends and family in our network.
