    I have a family function for which I have to carry some extra luggage and the airlines allow only 32 kg. I am ready to pay for my extra luggage but I don’t know the charges. Can anyone please tell me How much I will be charged for extra baggage on Turkish Airlines?

  • My baggage did not arrive at the airport, it was supposed to be on the same plane. I want to enquire how to file a complaint for lost/ misplaced baggage at the airport? I had very important documents in them so it is very urgent that I get it back as soon as possible.

  • NOT SATISFIED!!!! I was not advised about price of the service itself, and that is VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! 1000$ for 3 tickets!!! It is unacceptable!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND you!!! Beck Johnson it is a way much more expensive that other companies!!!

      They are the worst. They were rude and refused to help. We did not PCR test. They said it would change that day. They did not change our ticket. When we said we could do the test in istanbul (we had 4 hours), they did not allow us. Each sentence was contradictory to the previous. We wasted $1500,00.00, energy, time. I believe it was racially based as well as they sold our seat who purchased the ticket the same day. I also believe they wanted us to buy a new ticket for $3000.00 Never ever. We would not use them, anyway, but at the time of the ticket purchase they were the only company.

  • 1- LBF Travel advertised for cheap flights to Jakarta for $610 (US) in July 2020.
    2- Thus, I made a reservation to Jakarta, departing on November 10, 2020, under Ref # PWVNHI on around July 14, 2020 via Turkish Airline.. When I received the visa statement on around August 8, I discovered that they charged more than the quoted price by about $54. Thus, I filed a dispute with the CIBC Visa who was successful in refunding the extra charge.
    3- On August 27, 2020, I discovered that the Indonesian borders is closed to foreigners , and entry visa could not be granted! Thus, I requested the full refund on the ground that the request for cancelation was filed 70 days before the departure date!
    4- On October 8, 2020, LBF notified me by email that the refund would be $410 (US) . On November 5, 2020, Turkish Airlines advised to contact LBF as the ticket was issued by a third party.
    5-On December 3, 2020, Clive of LBF requested by email to speak with me.
    6-On Feb 18, 2021, I follow up with Mr. Clive respecting the refund. He said he would get back to me in a while, and he never did. I had to follow up by emails. No answer to my emails! On April 28, 2021, Mr. Clive of LBF stated that the $410 refund can not be made as it is with the Resolution Dept.
    7- On April 30, 2021, I sent emails to LBF. No reply was received.
    8- on May 4, 2021, and May 11, 2021, I sent emails to LBF, CIBC, and Turkish Airlines. No reply was received.
    9-I am senior,and need the refund

  • I have booked tickets from Istanbul to Toronto on 9th of Febraury. Having all the necessary documents (visas, test results) we were not allowed to board by airline representative, because of “covid restrictions”!
    a week ago i flyed with KLM to Toronto without any issues and was allowed to cross the border by canadian officer as i was excempt from travel restrictions.
    Now Turkish airline does’t confirm the refund!
    How is that possible?
    Very dissapointed with that

    I have booked my tickets with some other airline but I cancelled the tickets due to my health issues. And then I called on the Turkish Airlines contact number Canada to book my tickets for the same destination. The services provided throughout the journey were so good and the cabin crew members were so professional and polite. Amazing experience.

  • I was planning to book a flight to Toronto, Canada but the ticket cost was so high. Even after wasting a whole 3-4 days, my hands were empty. And then my mom told me to call on the Turkish Airlines Toronto office number to know the best options available. And I finally got a flight ticket within my budget. The executives of this airline are quite skilled and knowledgeable.

Nevertheless, you must bear in mind that if you miss your flight, they will never refund any number. The same thing happened to me, I wrote a complaint letter to the Turkish airline’s Toronto office, but they never responded. In fact, they never picked my call and the Turkish airline Toronto office number is always in an unreachable state.

    My name is Abdolreza Ghofrani. I have had bookings THR -IST TK 879 , 23 Feb 2020 and IST- TORONTO, TK 017 , 23 Feb 2020.
    Bookings for my return: Toronto-Istanbul, on 20 March 20. Due to outbreak of CONAVID19 ,soon after my arrival you declared all Turkish Airlines flights to and from Toronto as well as Tehran cancelled till further notice. I had no choice but overstay. You appreciate it is now two months that I have overstayed here in Toronto and my visa will expire soon and need to leave this country. I have contacted your office many times in Tehran to work out this problem .They however did not give any convincing answer. I also tried several times to contact your office here in Toronto. Again no answer whatsoever. My BOOKING ref. is UZUQBZ. You as an airlines have this commitment to find a solution to this problem. You should not leave the passenger on his own who have fully paid you for this travel. I called your office again today and was lucky that they answered this time around. I gave them all information and they said that they would return my call but it is still no answer. Please let me know quickly what you can do since I need to go back home urgently.

    My name is Dimiter Markov and I am writing on behalf of my Mother in Law Nina Solovyova who is supposed to fly on 28 May 2020 with TK Airlines. I contacted call center in Turkey and they have told me to ask here, since they did not know the answer.
    She has a ticket on May 28,2020 from Toronto( Canada) to Almaty ( Kaz) through Istanbul with TK Airlines .( Ticket Number 2352411908700) Flights are TK18 ( YYZ-IST) and after 5 hour layover next Flight is TK350( IST-ALA). She has only Kazakhstan Citizenship and my Question is :
    Will She be allowed to board both aircraft and does 14 days quarantine rule apply to her , since she is transiting from Canada to Kazakhstan.Or I will she be denied boarding, since she is not a Turkish citizen or upon arrival in Turkey she will be sent for quarantine, so her next flight is impossible?
    Original ticket was bought in February , when there were no such rules and 3-4 times was reissued due to flights cancellations.
    Would you please give me any information regarding her case, because nobody in TK call center did not know the answer..
