    My name is Abdolreza Ghofrani. I have had bookings THR -IST TK 879 , 23 Feb 2020 and IST- TORONTO, TK 017 , 23 Feb 2020.
    Bookings for my return: Toronto-Istanbul, on 20 March 20. Due to outbreak of CONAVID19 ,soon after my arrival you declared all Turkish Airlines flights to and from Toronto as well as Tehran cancelled till further notice. I had no choice but overstay. You appreciate it is now two months that I have overstayed here in Toronto and my visa will expire soon and need to leave this country. I have contacted your office many times in Tehran to work out this problem .They however did not give any convincing answer. I also tried several times to contact your office here in Toronto. Again no answer whatsoever. My BOOKING ref. is UZUQBZ. You as an airlines have this commitment to find a solution to this problem. You should not leave the passenger on his own who have fully paid you for this travel. I called your office again today and was lucky that they answered this time around. I gave them all information and they said that they would return my call but it is still no answer. Please let me know quickly what you can do since I need to go back home urgently.

    My name is Dimiter Markov and I am writing on behalf of my Mother in Law Nina Solovyova who is supposed to fly on 28 May 2020 with TK Airlines. I contacted call center in Turkey and they have told me to ask here, since they did not know the answer.
    She has a ticket on May 28,2020 from Toronto( Canada) to Almaty ( Kaz) through Istanbul with TK Airlines .( Ticket Number 2352411908700) Flights are TK18 ( YYZ-IST) and after 5 hour layover next Flight is TK350( IST-ALA). She has only Kazakhstan Citizenship and my Question is :
    Will She be allowed to board both aircraft and does 14 days quarantine rule apply to her , since she is transiting from Canada to Kazakhstan.Or I will she be denied boarding, since she is not a Turkish citizen or upon arrival in Turkey she will be sent for quarantine, so her next flight is impossible?
    Original ticket was bought in February , when there were no such rules and 3-4 times was reissued due to flights cancellations.
    Would you please give me any information regarding her case, because nobody in TK call center did not know the answer..
