Pet Travel Service
IndiGo Airlines does not allow animals on any of their flights, the only exception being Service Dogs for the blind. Cancellation Service
Bookings for domestic flights can be cancelled at least 2 hours before the flight is set to depart and subsequently bookings for international flights can be cancelled at least 4 hours before the flight is set to depart.
Passengers can cancel a booking for a domestic flight and claim a full refund if the cancellation happens within 24 hours from the time of booking and the flight is at least 7 days away from the day of booking.
