just wanted to let you know that even though i called your Tehran offices at +9821 23546 at 8:46 am here in Tehran, and even though the taped message says the office is open from 8:30, it says then that the office is closed.
how is that possible. also a lot of confusion about the Turkish Airlines Tehran offices address. i have not been able to find the correct address that is why i called the telephone number above with no results. so now i have to look into getting my ticket from another airline.
really this is unacceptable from a pretty well known airline.

I have a ticket which is bought in 2019 and multiple times have been rescheduled or canceled because of Covid. The feedback form submitted to Turkish website TK-5774117 #S1-15848251 . The agency which sold the ticket in Isfahan is not willing to refund my ticket regardless of the responses from the Turkish. The agency in Esfaha asked me to send the response from website to Turkish airline representative in Iran . So after the final confirmation from the Turkish in Iran , they could refund the ticket. I am going back ad forth with your contact center, feedback site and agency inn Isfahan for a month and no response received from Turkis in Tehran-Iran.
Please help me. Since they are destroying Turkish reputation in Iran . I need to refund this ticket and thsi ticket is refundable but in Iran THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE POLICY!
