Its very unfortunate to say that i have been trying to contact singapore airlines over phone and several emails regarding the refund of cancellation of ticket with booking reference 6MLLSB and case Reference 6710267. we were supposed to return from portland on 30th january 2023 to bangalore as we rescheduled the date from 7the april2023. as there was some problem between alaaska airlines and singapore airlines in confirming the ticket we were unable to board the plane in time. as such we requested singapore airlines to cancel the ticket, which they agreed to do so and arrange for refund of money within six weeks. its already more than six weeks and we have not yet received the refund of money. can you please expedite the request in this regard immediately.
