Delayed baggage claim
If your baggage is delayed, you may submit the claim with in 6 months for domestic flights and 21 days from the baggage delivery date for international flights.
Documents to be attached to the claim:
- application specifying the monetary loss
- Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
- baggage tag (original copy)
- invoices (receipts) confirming expenses
- contact details: address, telephone number, e-mail
