My experience with Tbilisi Air Arabia is awfully rude. I am a UAE resident with my father who has a valid UAE 30 days multiple entry visa and 30-day Georgian e-visa. During our departure from Tbilisi to UAE, my father got off-loaded because the check-in officer didn’t allow him to get on board. The only explanation given to us by the Air Arabia check-in officer is to call the Sharjah Embassy, which happens we contacted our agent to assist us. The Air Arabia check-in officer didn’t bother to hear us out to explain how the visa works once we are in UAE. Instead, they left us standing and waiting for nothing and even mentioned they cannot do anything, turned their back, and hide in their office. Tbilisi Air Arabia check-in officers should know all the procedures for visas to avoid situations like this which cost us more than expected. I am filing a complaint and reimbursing my expenses due to your officer’s negligence.
