A business class ticket no.014-3857457203 was booked th’ make my trip about 5months back from Vancouver to Delhi, since then flights are not operational, after waiting a lot we decided for refund th’ m m t and sent the request th’ m m t ,got a reply assuring full refund since the flights were not operational, later the refund request was declined which is against rules and offered a date change, we requested to issue the ticket for 22nd September (bcz the ban on flights is upto 21st.sept.) but we were told by m m t that no ticket is available upto end of October 21, now please tell if we should consider the amount of inr 1.75 lakes approx donated to air Canada or wait for some ticket arrangements latest by September end by air Canada or by getting the ticket converted to say Lufthansa whose flights are running between yvr to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to Delhi under air bubble arrangements, to mention for your record the passenger is 68+ female suffering from Hypertension and Arthritis and is without medicines and requires wheelchair during travel, so you are requested to make an arrangement max.within 7-10 days or go for full refund otherwise we will be forced to proceed legally as per Indian laws .
