we have a ticket that was cancelled by Turkish air but the passenger was still flown on the same flight same day, the passenger’s name is Idaboh Kikawan Naomi from Kharkiv to Abuja on 6th Aug to return 24th Aug Abuja to Kharkiv. We have been calling on Turkish Air in Nigeria to reinstate the ticket and they said no, we don’t know how passenger will go back without her ticket.
