Dear Madam. Sir,
I try to contact the Aegean office in Brussels by phone, but unsuccessfully.
Two questions:
1- I left for Athens through Munich on Friday, 24th of July and was not allowed on board as I did not have the proper QR document. When checking with the Lufthanse Service Desk, it was not clear whether this rule is only for passengers leaving directly from Germany or also for transit passengers. So I had no choice, but book a new flight back from Munich to Brussels which cost me 576,- EUR!
2- I need to CANCEL my return flight from Athens to Brussels:
August 5 – 12.00 – A33001
I am a very loyal passenger and normally only fly AEGEAN to Athens.
My Frequent Flyer number is: 121514971.
