After arriving at Melbourne Airport for my flight
EY 461 on 21st August Etihad check in crew chief a lady informed me since I didn’t have the written travel exemption letter from Canadian immigration I could not board the flight. She even called the Canadian authorities to see wether I could board the flight. I had to return home unfortunately. She told me I don’t have to pay extra when I book my flight again and said she would enter it in to the computer system. My travel agent is trying to book me into the flight on 11the September but your Abudhabi staff has told my travel agent that I have to pay since I didn’t show up for the flight which was not the case. Really appreciate if you could please clarify my position at your very earliest.
