Manage Bookings

This service enables passengers to make desired changes to their bookings. You need to login with your booking reference and last name. Services you can add or make changes to are seat selection, add extra baggage, add special services, add car or travel insurance, change flights, cancel flights, change name, book a hotel, rent a car, cancel bookings, checking booking details and printing or downloading boarding pass.

Online Check-in

This feature allows you to save time and money at the Abha airport. You can add extra bags, choose seats or upgrade seats. Online check-in window starts at 48 hours before your scheduled departure and ends 75 minutes before your scheduled departure. You will need booking reference number and your last name. You can check in via FlyDubai Airlines mobile app also. Remember once you check-in online no more changes can be made to your booking.

Carry-on and Checked Baggage

As per FlyDubai baggage policy as carry-on bags for economy 1 personal item and 1 carry bag is allowed that can weigh up to 7 kg and for business 1 personal item and 2 carry-on bags of 7 kg each are allowed. As Checked Baggage 3 bags are allowed that weigh up to 32 kg each for both economy and business class.

Delayed, Lost and Claim Baggage

In times when your baggage is missing make sure you report it before you leave the AHB airport. If you bag has not been found and returned to you then you can claim for your baggage and the airline will compensate for it.

FlyDubai Doesn’t allow pets to travel with them either in the cabin or as checked baggage.
