Royal Jordanian Chicago offices do NOT answer calls…..Useless! Our luggage are still missing and we cannot track them. Our first connection (American Airlines ) followed up on the luggage and said that they transferred them to RJ in Chicago O’hare. And here the trail ends! RJ in Amman said that their records show we came with no luggage on the plane ! We have a claim number and tag #s for the bags to trace , but until now (5 days later) , there is nothing! The tags on the bags show that the final destination is Amman.
Amman’s Luggage office even said that Chicago offices do not return our calls or even answer them. they can only email them…….Unbelievable!
We have medication , necessities, things that you cannot just buy from any store.

In reference to the 15 French Bulldogs in Chicago, why would you consider flying them back to the original owners. Is it not the neglect of your airlines and the owners that put them in this position. Do the right thing and turn them over to the Chicago French Bull Dog rescue.
