    Sorry to use this provision.

    I’m writing and sending this mail to call the attention of Aseana Airlines re: my inquiry on behalf of my mother who will be travelling to USA by this coming week. I want to re-book the flight schedule due to covid-19 by/in three(3) months after this date, but can’t find the link to re-book. The agent /person to whom my mother book the ticket can’t reach even several calls has been made. Would assist / help on this matter?
