I come hereby to make a claim concerning my luggage which did not arrive in instanbul.
I left Douala International airport with Ethiopian airlines flight ET923 at 14:50 to ADDIS ABABA. From there, i boarded and took off on TURKISH Airlines flight no: TK677 to Istanbul at 00:40.
Upon arriving in Istanbul, i noticed that my luggage (a 23 kilo grey-black troller suitcase) with the number of luggage stub (PNR: EHZWBC) did not arrive in Istanbul.
I made a claim at the Istanbul international airport and the reference file number below was given to her: ISTTK77673 (which i cant use to track my luggage)
I would like to know if you have already found the suitcase ?
I attach importance to this complaint, and I know that I can count on you to resolve this major prejuidice being caused to me as soon as possible.
