    Dear Egyptair,
    I am writing as regards the poor and unacceptable service that I received from your airline on the 10th Of February, 2021. I paid for a flight from Lagos Nigeria to Toronto Canada with Reservation Code: FPZJCC And Airline Reservation Code : SRFZWN(MS). Prior to paying for the flight I made Inquiry with both my agent and the Staff Of the Airline At the Airport if my class of Visa was permitted to fly and they told me expressly that I was allowed to fly hence my reason for paying for the flight.
    We got to the airport on the day of the flight and were allowed to board enroute Toronto Via Cairo, On getting to Cairo we were refused Boarding the plane to Toronto without a Valid reason and we were treated very badly as if we were criminals who had no right to speak.1. We were not giving any Reason from the airline on why we were refused to board the flight from cairo to toronto2. I was left to stay in the airport lobby for more than 12 hours in the cold with my family, not considering the fact that I had children (4 and 2 years old) without Access to our bags to get blankets or anything to keep them warm(temperature was less than 10 degrees)3. Even till now the airline did not call us or get in touch with us to offer a reason for their action as if we were giving the ticket for free.
    This is a gross violation of my human rights and that of my family and it’s unthinkable that your Airline didn’t even consider that I had Children. I demand an explanation for this unjust treatment and  a full refund of my Air Ticket fee Failure of which I will be willing to fully go to any extent legally permissible by Law to seek redress of the unbearable Hardship caused to my family by the airline’s unjust treatment.

    Hello, Madam / Sir to whom it may concern,

    On January 7, 2021, boarded the plane to South Sudan via Egypt. On January 8, 2021, arrived at Egpyt airport but due to the weather, the plane has deviated to Sharmshiek. When the plane is safe to land at the airport and when we arrived back at Cairo airport we find the connected the plane left to Juba.
    I stayed at the airport for four days with no accommodation. So, therefore, I am asking the authority to look into compensation.

    I have called the Egypt Air Toronto office to know the status of my refund. An aviation executive was assigned to address my query. He asked me about my name, reservation number or booking number, etc. to check the status. I am so happy that he answered all my queries quite professionally and politely. I also got my refund within 7-20 working days after submitting my request.

  • I was looking to book my tickets but unable to do so online. Hence, I visited the EgyptAir Toronto office directly for the booking of my flight tickets in-person. After that, I went to the flight booking window for the reservation. He asked me about certain details like my name, departure and arrival airports, journey date, etc. After getting all these details, he provided me with the details of flights available on my journey date. I chose a suitable flight schedule and he booked my tickets on my behalf. I would only say one thing – amazing services.

  • I was at the airport counter calling for a refund, but the available crowd didn’t help me to get my refund. I was calling for a refund on my Toronto flight because it had been delayed for 9 hours. I dialed Egypt Air Customer Service Canada and asked it to repay me in full to confirm the authenticity of my refund.

  • Egypt Air’s customer service in Canada is as good as it can be anywhere in the world. Just got a few changes done on my ticket that too without any extra fee whatsoever. Great service! Highly recommended!

  • I have a reservation for Amman – Cairo trip to Toronto on April 2, 2020.
    The Booking Ref. JV2DGH
    Due to the Coronavirus, Egyptair informed me they canceled that flight MS995, and I tried to call your office in Jordan and Toronto but nobody answer and I send emails but still not received any reply, so please inform me if possible to I can use this ticket for a new trip or refund my money.

  • Something is very “fishy” around the Air Egypt operation in Canada. Be very careful! During my last flight from Cairo to Toronto on the 1st of March 2020 my Baggage was destroyed. The company has acknowledged its fault and promised me a compensation. I have exchanged several letters with Air Egypt offices in Cairo and Toronto, and I have received many promises. However, the promised compensation has never happened. I have called the Mustafa’s mentioned office and I had the same experience. Lately, my email that was sent to the Toronto office was blocked. I think, there are too many of us looking for some kinds of compensation and Air Egypt “put its head into the sand”. Good luck for all of us; but we should start something to stop Air Egypt to operate in Canada.

      I totally agree with you. I have had to cancel my flights to Cairo and Luxor twice due to the
      COVID-19. I know this is not egyptair’s fault, but it is impossible to get through on their phone
      numbers, there are three of them. All you get is a message that they are not in service. I had
      this problem for months. I finally requested an online refund last month. I have yet to hear from
      them. I have sent emails also so far have had no response. I was thinking of trying to contact their
      head office in Cairo about this situation.

  • I’ve called Reservation Office of Egypt Air in Toronto, Canada. An Indian guy picked up the phone and he was very rude he didn’t answer any of my questions and he hanged up the phone. I’ve no idea why Airlines hire such stupid and rude people. Please be nice we are your customers and without us your airline is nothing.

    Due to the Coronavirus, I had to cancel the trip, but I haven’t received any refund yet.
